which is an environmental rating and certification system for
residential and commercial buildings from the U.S. Green Building
Council (www.usgbc.org). LEED provides benchmarks for the design,
construction and operation of a property and covers site makeup,

. Began working with variable feed drives that were new to the industry.
It entailed replacing primarily water loop pump motors to DC motors
and regulating the speed of usage on demand through an electronic
control station. The savings were great, but again ahead of the time
and most companies would not buy into it, until the government came
out with their Green programs to help offset the cost. Consulted with
several companies regarding the strategies and development of a more
efficient building.
