Role : Interwoven Lead

Reebok launched a new global E-commerce site for all the countries

under one platform. This site was launched in 27 different countries

and in 10 different languages. Marketing content for all the country

sites was served from XMLs published on webservers through Teamsite

Deployment agent and using workflow approval process.

Responsibilities:

technical Groups for gathering ecommerce requirements and

Reebok re-launched project was executed to provide a CMS based

solution to existing non-CMS Reebok corporate site as business team

was facing lots of problems in updating the content on existing site.

Another objective of this site launch was to provide fresh look & feel

to the site.

In order to strengthen communication platform for Business partners,

adidas re-launched B2B portal henceforth called WSP (Web Services

Portal). Web services portal was broadly divided into 2 sections: SAP

Enterprise portal driven content and Teamsite driven content. SAP

Enterprise Portal was the framework for WSP providing Navigation, User

Management and Roles while "Static" content was created and maintained

using Teamsite framework (adidas B2B portal).This site was launched in

5 different languages and in 20 different countries.

New Intranet Sites Launch, Existing Intranet sites migration, rolling

out new features, production supporting of intranet/ internet

sites

Toyota launched all the intranets sites for different departments on

Teamsite environment which included launching new sites, moving

existing Teamsite based intranet sites to reusable Teamsite templates.

Around 25 departments launched their own intranet sites out of which 5

departments launched the site in 2 different languages. Providing

support for any technical and user issues for all internet/ intranet

issues was another responsibility handled during this period.

from existing Teamsite templates to new global Teamsite templates.

Teamsite 5.5 to 6.5 Migration

Interwoven Lead

Adidas migrated all intranet and internet websites from Teamsite 5.5

to Teamsite 6.5 environment. This project was executed in 2 phases:

Strategy Definition and Actual Migration. This highly technically

challenging project was a big success as all the important version

differences were identified successfully during strategy phase and by

taking phased migration approach, the overall Teamsite freeze period

for business team was reduced to minimum possible time.

Responsibilities:

. Defining the Strategy for migration from TS 5.5 to TS 6.5

including POC definitions, Template migration strategy, Deployment

and workflow migration strategy.

. Leading & technical mentoring of the team members.

. Creating Project plan, effort estimates and defining phased

migration approach of the sites for the execution of the project.

. Identifying highly critical issues due to version differences and

providing cost effective solutions for the same.

. Coordinating with Interwoven Support for issue resolution due to

version upgrade.

. Set up of TS 6.5, OpenDeploy 6.0 on Teamsite and web servers.

. Migrating Existing Configurations from TS 5.5 to TS 6.5

. Communication with all business stake holders for the content

themselves and to avoid paying additional money to creative agencies

for frequent content updates.

creation of Teamsite templates to provide the flexibility of updating

& deploying the content to environment.

The project involved re-launching E-Marketing website for adidas

(www.adidas.com) in 16 languages and 31 countries to give this website

a new look and feel for the Olympics 2004. It was implemented using

Microsoft technologies and Interwoven Teamsite Web content management

solution. This project involved some complex Teamsite customizations

for Templates, workflow, deployment.

The project involved creation of Teamsite templates to provide the

flexibility to Content authors for updating & deploying the content

after getting required approval from adidas e-Marketing Managers via

Teamsite workflows.

Responsibilities:

. Developing generic scripts using Interwoven OpenDeploy features

for publishing the web pages & Multimedia content from the

Teamsite server to multiple webservers.

. Doing the configurations in Teamsite for Deployment & workflow.

. Creation of workflow scripts for the approval process.
