I have over three years of documented success in demanding leadership and management positions using multiple
accounting methods in my work that includes the design, development, operation and inspection of accounting
systems at Averett Company and Fed Ex alike. The prescription of accounting standards, policies and requirements;
are second to none in my work as a District Manager as I provide guidance and service to customers whose

• Manage operations for New Franklin Road Self Storage, Commerce Mini Storage, and LaGrange Ave
Warehouse.
• Rent units; Handle all details of move-ins and move-outs, market storage units by phone, in person, and
both on and off the property.
• Collect rent and handle delinquent accounts not limited to sending letters, calling, and emailing customers
at certain points in their delinquency. Pursue delinquent accounts at the appropriate time.
