decision-making authority for all IT development and expansion issues, with

a focus on IT organization design, voice and data communications, system

integration, emerging technologies, enterprise architectures, data center

operations, help desk, project and portfolio management, strategic

alliances and cyber-security. Manage 3 direct and 10 indirect professionals

with a $5 million operating/capital budget.

. Reengineered cyber-security practices and technologies to better meet

the expectations of credit union membership and federal governance

agencies resulting in the highest rated security audit ever received

by the organization. Chair the Information Security Committee and

authored a security policy that addressed the selection, installation

2007-2008

Director of Information Technology

Served as a technical liaison for all Twentieth Television operating groups

of all internal applications used by the Twentieth Television personnel

Group Leader - International Space & Response - Space Data Systems

Directed all IT resource planning, budgeting and operational initiatives

for the $250+ million, 300+ employee, International Space & Response

division of the Laboratory. Held autonomous decision-making authority for

all division-wide IT development and expansion issues, with a focus on

satellite and data communications, system integration, emerging

technologies, command center operations, strategic alliances and cyber-

security. Managed 13 direct and 80 indirect scientists, technicians, cyber-

security, and IT professionals at various locations in multiple countries

with a $70 million operating/capital budget. Took over the leadership of

the Information Management Division's multi-year conversion to Oracle's ERP

solution supporting a user-base greater than 10,000 members bringing the

project in on schedule, within scope, and on budget.

. Reduced the FY07 budget by over $1 million through strategic

partnerships, renegotiated agreements, and streamlined staffing plan.

. Earned the Los Alamos National Laboratory Award of Excellence for

leadership and the successful implementation of the lab-wide Oracle

Enterprise Project (ERP).
