This position excites me for the simple reason that it is precisely what I

love to do. My passion for electronics is matched only by my affection for

travel. I agree with the quote from Confucius, "Find a job you love and

you'll never work a day in your life." Being able to communicate with

people the advantages of living in the digital age, I find very rewarding.

This is the philosophy I hold. From a personal home theater to a million

dollar mission critical system the final product should speak for itself;

Not only in quality and design but in the clear advantages of the end-user

experience. This experience is the summation of not only the work involved

but of the thoughtfulness of those involved. It is this intangible that

makes a good job a great job. This doesn't mean getting hung up on

details, only that small things can make a big difference. An attention to

detail and an enjoyment of complex problem solving is what I bring to the

job site. Having done installations in many diverse places, I appreciate

that each is unique with specific challenges and tolerances that must be

met. What I also understand is that I am more of a jack of many trades

then a master of any one. I am humble enough to ask when I do not know

but strong enough to make thoughtful decisions or challenge ideas.

In a team environment I agree with competence not arrogance.

Everyone should be flexible and information should always be shared. What

I would hope to share with this company are my personal ideas and varied

experiences with electronics. What I appreciate most about my career in

technology has been in its vast applications. I have setup computer

systems for grandmas, business owners, Tibetan monks and airborne law

enforcement officers. It is only with a position at a company like yours

that my appetite for wide variety could be satisfied. I thank you for your
