Project Manager/Design Engineer. Led the effort to replace the SCADA system

for the county water agency. The legacy system contained 180 remote sites

located throughout the county running on proprietary software. The system

contains 40K tags and a communication system that connects all the sites to

main SCADA computers located at main and back-up control centers.

Responsible for performing a network evaluation and providing a technical

report for the recommendation of implementing a city-wide Wireless network

infrastructure with bandwidth capabilities to handle CCTV, SCADA upgrade

and other security enhancements by utilizing Texas Department of

Transportation Fiber Optic Network.

Responsible for providing network evaluation and design for the

Responsible for assessing the Work Order and Asset Management process. The

study covered the entire wastewater collection system, including

Engineering, Wastewater Collection System O&M and Capital Improvement Plan

activities. Mr. Bseiso worked with the City of Monroe Planning and

Infrastructure division to oversee the implementation of the Work Order

Management System.

City's strategic planning process to improve its operations and competitive
