Summary of Qualifications
As a Project Manager for Tier One and as a Client Manager for JDE in the Energy & Chemicals group, my responsibilities included
project planning and kick off meetings, managing customer relationships and satisfaction, acting as the senior business analyst, mentoring
junior application resources, training project teams and end users, developing client specific training materials, managing deployments to
multiple sites including international rollouts. As part of the project management process milestones were defined, published and used as a
management tool, scope of the project defined, budget created and status communicated through meetings with clients and implementation
team members. Worked with and directed technical resources in the development of applications and modifications. I have worked in
Nigeria, China, Hong Kong, Switzerland, the UK and Germany implementing JDE as a PM, business analyst and Financial Consultant.
As a lead consultant I have worked both in the financial and distribution areas. Hands on experience includes G/L, A/P, A/R, Fixed
Assets, Multi-Currency, Job Cost, Inventory, Procurement and Sales Order including setting up the AAI’s and DMAAI’s. Recent experience
includes implementations and upgrades to 8.12.

Work History
• April 2009 – Present : Petronet Solutions; A distribution and financial consultant.
o Bosselman’s – a fuel distribution and convience store company. This was a World to E8.12 upgrade. Originally done by
another company, the upgrade data conversions were flawed for G/l and Fixed Assets. Originally brought in to work within
the Petronet application suite I was moved over to assist the clent with the financials conversions.
• August 2008 – March 2009 : Dynamic System Solutions; Senior Financial Consultant
o Credigy (November 2008 – March 2009) – A credit and collections company. This was a new implementation on E8.10
and included General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Multicurrency and Brazilian localizations.
o Western Refining (August 2008 – October 2008) – A refining and fuel distribution company. This was a World to E8.12
upgrade. I mapped new business processes to optimize the new functionality, created user work instructions for G/L and
Fixed Assets and provided training at locations.
• December 2000 – August 2008; Tier One Business Solutions, LLC (Oracle Certified Partner); Project Manager/ Senior Business
and Financial Consultant. TierOne was a small sized business partner. As a small practice the PM was also a lead consultant. In my
case the Financials.
o Houghton International (February 2007 - June 2008- A privately held chemical company. This was an upgrade from World
to E8.12. A company model was to have been developed and rolled out to various international locations, the first being
Hong Kong and mainland China. I worked as the Senior Financial consultant. The Chinese localization was applied, chart
of accounts developed for the multicurrency conversion and handed off to a local Chinese business partner.
o Quaker Chemical (November 2006 – December 2006) – A privately held chemical company. I was brought it to train on
the integrity reports and train on the JDE system and tables to the finance group.
o Whataburger (October 2006) – A privately held company with fast food outlets. I was brought in under KPMG to assist in
managing the JDE implementation and rollout. The project was staffed using independent contractors and was not meeting
timelines or budget goals.
o Microstrategy (July 2006 – September 2006) – Did testing of 8.12 for an upgrade from 8.10 for all financial applications
including Multicurrency.
o Glaxco Smith Kline (March 2006 – June 2006) – A public drug manufacturer. I was brought in to do an evaluation of JDE
OneWorld functionality and the existing business processes. The company data base was on World and exports took place
to take advantage of the OneWorld reporting. Their business processes included outsourcing, routing of approvals and
Sales Order processing. Evaluated enhancements to JDE from Xe to 8.10
o Foamex – (May 2004 – February 2006) – A public manufacturer of foam products. I was the PM and lead financial
consultant. The client was transitioning off of legacy system to JDE in all areas of finance, distribution and manufacturing.
EDS had been servicing the account but not meeting managements expectations and TierOne was brought in to do the
implementations at various plants. This was an Xe implementation.
o World Wrestling Entertainment – (September 2003 – November 2004)
o New World Pasta (April 2001 – June 2002)
o ComNet Erickson – (December 2000 – March 2001) – Brought in a Project Manager in a troubled implementation. The
company was acquired and did not go live on JDE.
