Senior Analyst

• Participated in full system development life cycle activities to support wide

ranges of the company’s business applications. Played key role in the

technical support of existing production system and implementation of the

new projects for the company.

• As a member of a team participated in the design, coding, testing and

maintenance of QCARE UB92/UBF1 Claims processing system, Member,

Provider, Employer Group, Underwriting and Benefit subsystems.

• Was responsible for initial implementation and maintenance of a Quick

Quotes -Web based application. Interface to mainframe Benefit System

utilizing COMTI product.

• Was responsible for design, code, test, production release and maintenance

of Rate Renewal Automation process, which was design to replace time

consuming manual process.

• Designed, coded and maintained web based solution for entering and editing

Durable Medical equipment (DME) benefit information. The solution was

developed using ASP .Net 1.1 platform, utilized VB.net and SQL server

2000 as database.

• Participated in design and development of the Benefit Administration System

(BAS) which is a web front-end for the benefit subsystem of Q/Care. Also

participated in coding of the Benefit Pricing screen for BAS. The system was

developed using ASP .Net 2.0 and Host Bridge platforms utilizing VB.Net

and Oracle 10g database.

Security Review System, which provided City of New York with daily information

enhancements to the various batch and online modules. Converted various SMR

programs from SWIFT to TCP/IP transmission for major CITIBANK customers,

provided post – implementation support.
