• Responsible for driving current and future manufacturing performance in the areas of

Safety, Productivity, Cost, Quality, Delivery and Morale using TPM operating

framework. Manage time effectively and provide service on schedule.

• Manage the shift crew and manufacturing activities as well as working individually and

on teams to identify areas of opportunity to cause beneficial change.

employee’s health and safety, ensuring compliance of all regulatory and plant safety

rules, meeting legislative requirements, providing instruction in regard to safety

• Accountable for the productivity of the site during off-shifts. This required contacting

appropriate resources for issue resolution, providing alternative duties in the event of

breakdown or material shortage, monitoring general performance and behavior of

employees, and adjusting crewing or call in replacements as necessary. This requires

interfacing with Facilities Support, Material Planning, Quality Support, Warehouse and

other department supervisors to ensure efficient operation to meet plant goals.

• Facilitated required training programs to employees. (SHE, TPM, QA, etc.)

• Utilized Kronos Timekeeping System to maintain weekly records of hours worked, along

with explanation of overtime hours worked and ensured hours worked, vacation, personal

hours, absences, etc. are correctly documented so employees were paid accurately.

• Regularly cascaded/communicated site targets and goals from the Leadership Team to

shift crews, consistently and accurately.

• Participated in the development of the annual site manufacturing budget and controlled

fixed and variable cost expenditures.

• Fostered positive employee relations, including properly interpreting and managing the

CBA, if applicable.

• Ensured completion of weekly AM activities by Business unit. Activities included audits

of work completed and documentation of those results. Twice/year audit of AM books

• Lead training of teammates on AM progression through Step 7. Promoted AM benefits

• Perform skill assessments of teammates across each business unit. Consolidate results

and, with participation from Production Supervisor, build work plans to close any

knowledge gaps

• Validated the integrity of Production KPI’s. Validated the Blue F-tag process is followed.

Documented Blue F-tags into the system, validated capture data was accurate, and

Activity boards contain relevant and current data

• Created OPLs, SOPs and ensured proper training and sign-offs for OPL’s, and SOP’s

• Ordered supplies for lines and coordinated all rework activities by Business unit.
