Contracted by various companies, or business owners throughout

the U.S., research is performed in relation to the quality of

customer service each business provides and their specific

marketing strategies are evaluated. Private schools, apartment

complexes, home- builders, car dealerships, banking

institutions, technology and retail stores, are some examples

of the type of businesses under evaluation. Arrival at the

business location is unannounced, to insure an objective

assessment of the quality of service the business is

providing. Once the research and evaluation is concluded, a

typed report is submitted to the business owner or contractor,

usually within a 24hour period. These reports help insure that

each business maintains a high level of integrity and meets

the standards and expectations of the business owner.

Seven years was dedicated to the Special Ed/Resource Dept.

working with students, independently and in small groups who

had various learning disabilities. These consisted of

intermediate grade level students, (4th, 5th and 6th) working

in the areas of reading, math and language. The majority of

time was spent in the inclusion classroom setting, conforming

to IEP requirements, in an attempt to keep the student at

grade level. Responsible for daily maintenance of accurate,

confidential records on students progress, later submitted and

used as a reference by the Special Ed team as a resource in

IEP meetings.

Approached a greater challenge during the 2008 -2009 school

year, working in a self-contained classroom with emotionally

handicapped students in grades 4th, 5th and 6th covering all

subject areas. Academic support was given, but the focus was

primarily emotional support. This was known as the COPE

program. Essentially, I was responsible to help facilitate

receptivity of subject matter, by alleviating emotional/mental

anxiety, etc. Working in the COPE program required becoming

certified in CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention).

Confidential documentation and daily logs were kept,

reflecting student's behavior and academic status.

most recent training was in Nov. 2008, CPI (crisis prevention
