Sun Microsystems is a Hardware and Software company providing integrated technology solutions all over

the world. And worked Initial Implementing of GCIS and then for D1, D2, D3 and D4 Project to add more

functionality and perform Business Analyst and to add more Modules and support the Production System.

Environment: Application (ERP), Oracle Applications 11i (Advanced Pricing, INV, AR, Order Management,

Advanced Pricing Projects: Implement Advance Pricing and create BR100, TE-40 and later for more

Quote Import to OM: Sun has its own application for quoting which is linked with Oracle W5C

Configurator, so once quote is configured then automated the process to import in Oracle OM quoting.

Worked on designing to import the external quote to OM with its configuration.

Setting up BOM and Configurator so that proper configuration will be imported to OM.

Advanced Product Catalog: Set up Advanced Product Catalog (APC) Module as per business

requirements and create BR100. And load attached these catalogs to Items in Inventory module.

Support for Production System:

• As there is Live Production system with Oracle application, So always supports the

critical issues in Production which impact either Users or Revenue.

• Train the users for new process and/or new modules when we implements those.

• Resolved a lot of issues with Invoices, Credit Memos which effects Quarterly revenue. .

• Settling up Advance Pricing issues at Client side that was impacting couple of millions in

a quarter

• Support the Users with Contact Center, UWQ, Order Entry Issue, Creating SRs,

Assigning tasks, changing ownership of SRs, Item Instance, using Installed Base to find Item

instance details.

• Worked on set up user in CRM Administration and assigning Role, Groups.

• Load the Pricing-using Mercury Load Runner from excel sheet to database.

send the data to the interface tables for batch order entry. Used Order Import to import data from interface

tables to OM tables.
