check, paying and assigning off days and vacation request, in charge of all

functionality of equipment and controls. Maintain ALL working aspects of a

furnace/iron making operation. Also manage furnace processes including

shutting down and ramping up the furnace. House keeping and Continuous

Improvement, in charge of all down-day maintenance, lock out-tagout-tryout

and restart of entire facility. Manage crew of 30 or more for inspection

of 2 large furnaces including repair of capital equipment, sump pumps, main
