Assisted the lead project manager on the following projects:

DeVry National Headquarter

Tenant Improvement – Downers Grove, IL

• 160,000 sf (5 floors) tenant improvement with very demanding schedule requirements

• Extensive coordination with all project team members was necessary to achieve the Owner schedule

• DeVry Tenant Improvement at 814 Commerce – Oakbrook, IL

• 75,000 sf (2 floors) tenant improvement of a second generation space

• Arboretum Landmark – Lisle, IL

• 587,000 sf, 390 unit residential complex with 390 stall integral parking deck

• Project was cancelled due to lack of funding – preconstruction activities included design coordination and

subcontractor procurement

• Completed construction, punch list and addressed warranty issues for a 5 story office/retail facility, 82,000 sf

tenant improvement and a 145,000 sf parking deck
