project involved migrating from home grown PHP based CMS system to a
complete Enterprise Content Management System, using Open Text.

corporate clients to pay annual vehicle taxes through Amex using the
customer's existing credit. Each application to pay tax by the corporate
was treated as case and the proposed system managed the complete case life
cycle within Amex. Typical case would flow through different departments -
business, credit-fraud, distribution, payment, re-conciliation, billing,
quality, etc. and through endless workflows in its life cycle.
