Transport Van Driver Duties: Responsible for t ransporting residents ordered by the
court for t reatment (primarily for drug and alcohol offenses) to and from work,
appointments, court and probation appearances, etc. This position requires the ability to
meet time constraints and adhere to a t ight schedule as well as the ability to adjust the
schedule to accommodate unexpected appointments and stops. Must maintain a clean
d riving record and ensure safety of the residents by observing current laws governing
p ublic t ransportation. Must also keep accurate records and document incidents that occur
w hile on the van.
Resident Monitor Duties: Counsel and supervise residents, perform drug tests,
document incidents, and monitor general activities of residents and their interaction with
each other and the staff.
Both positions require the attendance of various meetings, workshops and classes in
order to ensure compliance with new laws and regulations governing the facility and learn
new skills to aide in the counseling and rehabilitation of the residents.

cotton fields were sprayed in an effective and efficient manner. Performed duties with
