Directed the financial management function, overseeing an operating budget
in excess of $300 million for the world's #1 software company. Partnered
with business leaders in the evaluation of various investment opportunities
to facilitate market share growth. Recipient of the "Gold Star Award" for
strategy review and budgetary process improvement. Managed the business
planning process, including the creation of an annual operating plan, and

Recruited as Controller for customer service group and subsequently
transferred as Senior Finance Manager in support of oral healthcare.
Provided strategic direction for company's North American finance team,
managing an inventory of more than $100 million and an $80 million
operating budget for a world leader in healthcare technologies. Ensured
compliance of IFRS reporting requirements and SOX section 404 regulations.

. Collaborated in the design and implementation of SAP workflow for the
repair parts operations business, resulting in a fully functional separate
business unit within the customer services group, with repair parts going
in and out of the repair shop properly valued according to GAAP and
transfer price policies.
. Improved stock inventory valuation process and developed a planned
obsolescence policy across all service groups, providing for a more
accurate valuation of inventory, while minimizing fluctuations that
impacted the P&L.
. Designed and implemented a new global transfer pricing process for
costing more than 40,000 repair parts; created a central repository to
store historical pricing, resulting in improved coordination globally,
reducing cycle time, and increasing data integrity for proper valuation of
parts.
. Transitioned intercompany accounting and accounts payable functions to
the shared services team in India, resulting in a global cost reduction
from in full time employment and transaction perspective.

more than $30 million in capital and a $100 million fleet operating budget
for a leading provider of express delivery services. Negotiated strategic
alliances with fleet service providers, financing institutions, and
established telecommunications agreements with service providers.
Collaborated with legal department in the structuring of parent holding
company, Airborne, Inc. Managed stock option and executive benefit plans,
and maintained compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Completed annual FAS123
valuation and performed quarterly and annual EPS calculations.

. Reengineered the vehicle acquisition process by initiating another round
of bidding in the RFP process from the top two OEM's with lowest price
