offshore contract manufacturing to better position the product line in the

contract-manufacturing programs located in Colorado. Arranged for permanent

molds and tooling for all plastic components. Initiated tooling modifications

combination of multiple offshore suppliers as well as domestic box-build houses

and in-house burn-in and testing facility. Initial customer base included FAA,

per year in a catalog software resale business. Company was subsequently sold to

a competitor (Programmer's Paradise) and moved to New Jersey. Negotiated

supplier contracts, as well as annual volume commitments.

accordingly. MetraByte was purchased by Keithley Instruments and moved soon

after.
