My duties included the complete material take-off of State
Dept. blueprints for the construction and or restoration of U.S.
E mbassies worldwide.
I personally handled the purchasing, prefabrication, packing
and shipping of all materials.
I oversaw and performed all phases of the projects.
Most recent projects included the complete restoration of the
U.S. Information Service offices and the offices of Defense
Communication in the American Embassies in New Delhi,
I ndia, Guadalajara, Mexico and Athens, Greece. I held a State
Dept. clearance with this position.

M iddle Management
I was a structural welder, pipe welder/fit ter, ship fit ter, sheet
metal mechanic, quality control inspector and optical tool tech.
I worked extensively in all of these departments after
completing a three year apprenticeship program and an
eighteen month multi t rades and business management
p rogram at Rhode Island College. Most notable
accomplishment was my fi rst hand involvement in the
fabrication, installation and testing of the then new Tether
T rack System on the 688 fast attack submarine for the U.S.
Navy Seals. I also held a securi ty clearance with this position.
I also speak Spanish and Portuguese.
