Experienced Design Duties:
Schematic Design
Develop exciting and innovative design concepts in collaboration with
team members. Conduct programming: engaged in questions & answer
sessions with clients to determine project needs, design scopes and
constraints. Create concept models. Site analysis. Programming.
Design Development
Produce space plans for client needs within space constraints.
Facilitate presentation materials for communicate to clients. Field
survey and input existing condition. Organize and conducted
professional design presentations (oral and visual). Select
materials/finishes.
Contract Documentation
Produce floor, reflected ceiling, electrical, elevation and detail
plans as well as finish schedule and furniture/equipment plan. Design
millwork and developed detail drawings. Review shop submittals.
Construction and Follow-up
Work with contractors in the field to ensure design quality is
maintained. Create punch-lists and follow up.
