CVS Pharmacy - Rhode Island, Woonsocket US (June 2007- till date)

Technical Consultant

Third Party Management System is the program of CVS pharmacy. CVS is

leading retail chain for medicines. TPMS (Third Party Management System)

deals with insurance claims processing made by Third party agencies.

Currently the entire system is on mainframes which are migrated to web

technologies to make it easier for users to deal with complex

functionalities offered by the system. The project also involves

integrating TPMS with different Third parties through various interfaces.

Project involves Third party management claims processing, billing creation

and report generation for management perspective and providing interfaces

to different billing media and CVS systems .This project has 165 business

reports which gives the business user an insight about the financials of

the system.

Responsibilities:

Involved in requirement gathering for report development.

Prepared the Design documents for report development.

Responsible for field mappings with the database for reports design.

Involved in the environment set up for report development (Configuring the

intelligent server, warehouse settings, and creation of project source,

database instances and project). We followed Client Server architecture.

Configuring I server with Meta Data and Data Warehouse (Windows Platform)

Express is to design a broad-based rewards program for the future that

offers premium value to Card Members. In order to support the program

goals, MR Pinnacle will deliver a flexible solution that will be able to

accommodate dynamic current and future business needs within the loyalty

programs. Points Advance project will develop a controlled process to

advance points to help a Card Member reach the threshold needed at the time

of redemption. The goal of Pinnacle Points Advance Reporting (PPAR) project

is to deliver reporting and analysis capabilities in a phased, incremental

approach with multiple deliveries over time.

Responsibilities:

Developed Business reports using Microstrategy 8.0.

Identified attributes and facts from the data model provided by data

modeller.

Created schema objects like attribute, facts and transformations.

requirement, modifying the Prompt Style (i.e. Tree Style, Shopping Cart
