. With Sun Construction responsible for day to day operations of a 175

lot subdivision as well as Build on your own lot division covering

Southeastern Louisiana; revised area construction scheduling resulting in

a 10% decrease in overall construction time with a corresponding 30%

decrease in unbudgeted cost overruns.

. As lead superintendent for Willow homes, responsible for the daily

activities and training of 4 superintendents and 5 support personnel in

the construction of 95 new single family homes annually.

. Assisted Project Managers in estimating, scheduling, force

mobilization, payroll, and material logistics on commercial architectural

stone projects from $2 mil - $25 mil. Created shop drawings from

architectural plans for use by overseas stone fabricators. Designed

anchoring systems and produced shop drawings for stone anchor

fabrication. Provided detailed drawings to field crews for stone and

anchor installation.

. As the only manager for a small builder; completed 22 luxury homes

Jan - Aug 2005 with 10 others on track for years end, while juggling the

additional duties of estimator, project manager, punch out and handling

of all warranty issues

. Demonstrated ability to work outside of normal parameters of a new

construction residential superintendent when called on to lead the

rebuilding of (2) apartment complexes totaling over 1000 units decimated

by hurricane Katrina on 29 August 2005. Both complexes were completed and

creating positive revenue within 7 months.
