Bought the assets of one of the divisions of the public company for whom I
was COO.

Started as a project manager responsible for one or two projects in the 10-

the Vice President of Operations.

< Prepared pre-bid schedules and staffing modules, conducted pre-bid
subcontractor price review, and prepared bids.
< Responsible for overall project P&L and monitoring, consistent monthly
monitoring of all projects (10-25 at any one time) from initial buy-
out through construction, and monthly job cost reviews.
< Established annual department budgets and manpower requirements;
prepared annual departmental business plan; managed employee
development, training and semi-annual review.
< Project Manager on; Historical Renovation ($10 million), New 27 story
mixed use urban high rise ($13 million), and numerous HUD Elderly and
market rate housing projects. All projects were completed on time and
at or under budget.
