Blue. This job consisted of 3 buildings approximately
800,000 s.f., one 21 story tower, one 4 story health spa,
one 16 story tower rehab. Florida office requested that I
relocate to Florida in order to evaluate and correct jobs
in West Palm Beach and Miami. Responsible for planning and
execution of all construction activities in West Palm
Beach. Tasked with recovering time and money on jobs that
are behind schedule and over budget. Began mentoring
program on this job to teach less experienced
superintendents how to schedule, execute and shorten
duration of work. In Virginia, I was Project Superintendent
for a 25 story high-rise residential apartment building.
Manage and coordinate excavation, blasting, sheeting and
shoring, pile driving and caisson activities. Implement
emergency procedures for catastrophic events and job-site
accidents. Work directly with OSHA, ADA and EPA to ensure

(5/99 to 6/01) installation for structural steel erection. Excavated for
McLean, VA footings and underground utilities. Provided services for
incomplete scopes of work to include but not limited to
site concrete and Allen block retaining walls. Operated
various pieces of equipment as needed. Responsible for
preparation and pouring of ground slabs and sidewalks.

set a 5-piece 120-ton precast bridge with very little help
