. Construction cost estimate (including change orders).

. Review of shop drawings.

. Field survey.

. Field assistance.

. Field coordination between trades.

. Troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

. Analysis Reports.

. Preparing Scope of Work for outside Contractors.

. Plumbing design.

. Quality control.

. Design team supervision.
