2008 - Present

. Supported U.S., Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Yemen military forces

participating in Exercise Initial Link 2010 in Bahrain. Trained

participants in Air Operations Center (AOC) operations and scripted

the scenario supporting future Initial Link exercises

. Identified two key network shortfalls. Designed and mapped an internal

website providing access to the SIPRNET, a $4.3K server allowing

access to Combat Air Support (CAS) combat data and target imagery.

Also took the lead in the establishment of the squadron's first JWICS

network, a $130K system currently used by 30 analysts

. Directed an imagery database update thereby creating more efficiency

and standardization in the mission-planning process for five squadrons

(UAV) flight time. As the FMV expert for warfighters in Iraq and

Afghanistan, assisted in plans supporting 59 ground troop engagements,

the detection of 602 Improvised Explosive Device (IEDs) and 3

personnel recovery events

. Managed a 225% expansion in Predators combat air patrols over the

course of nine months, a surge directed by the Secretary of the

Defense to support the 2007 troop surge in Iraq. Managed the surge

with minimal personnel resources

. Exuberated operational excellence in managing the FMV surge and for

minimizing U.S. casualties in supporting IED detections and personnel

recovery situations

. Drafted several Central Command (CENTCOM) plans ensuring continued UAV

operations across both war fronts. Weather impact mitigation plan

minimized exposure of $168MM UAVs (40 Predators, 4 Reapers and $1.8B

feeds) to 120+ degree heat conditions. Mitigation plans for Predator

Ground Control Station permitted full operational coverage while
