Shop Foreman, 421 Fighter Squadron Intel, Hill AFB, UT
2008 - Present
. Supported U.S., Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Yemen military forces
participating in Exercise Initial Link 2010 in Bahrain. Trained
participants in Air Operations Center (AOC) operations and scripted
the scenario supporting future Initial Link exercises
. Identified two key network shortfalls. Designed and mapped an internal
website providing access to the SIPRNET, a $4.3K server allowing
access to Combat Air Support (CAS) combat data and target imagery.
Also took the lead in the establishment of the squadron's first JWICS
network, a $130K system currently used by 30 analysts
. Directed an imagery database update thereby creating more efficiency
and standardization in the mission-planning process for five squadrons
. Identified training shortfalls in new joint-service working group
strike program and honed CAS support for Operations Iraq and Enduring
Freedom (OIF/OEF) ground forces. Result was a standardized training
packet for the Joint Terminal Air Controller (JTAC) which resulted in

Senior Full Motion Video Collection Manager, Al Udeid AB, Qatar
2007 - 2008
. Managed 24 FMV platforms and 150,000 hours of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
(UAV) flight time. As the FMV expert for warfighters in Iraq and
Afghanistan, assisted in plans supporting 59 ground troop engagements,
the detection of 602 Improvised Explosive Device (IEDs) and 3
personnel recovery events
. Managed a 225% expansion in Predators combat air patrols over the
course of nine months, a surge directed by the Secretary of the
Defense to support the 2007 troop surge in Iraq. Managed the surge
with minimal personnel resources
. Exuberated operational excellence in managing the FMV surge and for
minimizing U.S. casualties in supporting IED detections and personnel
recovery situations
. Drafted several Central Command (CENTCOM) plans ensuring continued UAV
operations across both war fronts. Weather impact mitigation plan
minimized exposure of $168MM UAVs (40 Predators, 4 Reapers and $1.8B
feeds) to 120+ degree heat conditions. Mitigation plans for Predator
Ground Control Station permitted full operational coverage while
maintenance teams made necessary repairs to three UAVs
. Managed six Navy P-3 lines per day totaling 36 hours of coverage
daily, an increase of 28 hours of coverage daily during the surge
. Assumed responsibilities for Master Air Attack Plan liaison, normally
a junior officer position. Provided data vital for future airspace
planning while sustaining other responsibilities required as FMV CM
. Chosen to fill critical ground moving target indicator CM vacancy,
ultimately ensured seamless operations and support downrange
. Implemented a collection strategy for Predators resulting in an
additional 20 hours of support to the defense of forward operating
bases in Iraq
. Initiated the development of a training program for the Intelligence
Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations morning brief,
increasing the number of certified briefers by 40%; guaranteed ISR
cell had a pool of briefers year-round despite heavy mobilizations

operations, resulting in six safe convoys movements throughout Iraq.
