> Chosen as Construction Project Manager for Rus Den Construction in

Northern Colorado. Spearheaded building projects ranging in value from

$150,000 to $2.5 million. Operated with autonomy to deliver finished

products on-time and under budget. Tasked with assessing the accuracy and

feasibility of building plans; directly participated in redesign efforts

when necessary.

o Developed schedules and solicited bids. Selected contractors and

subcontractors. Supervised construction activities to maintain high

levels of craftsmanship and assure customer satisfaction.
