*Provide continuous hand-on field supervision for HVAC, maintaining a safe work environment,

Create subcontractor list for project and set up pre-bid site meeting if necessary.
Schedule, coordinate, and assist with sub contractor site meetings.
Create transmittals and distribute plans for subcontractors.
Coordinate and upload .pdf files and .dwg files to FTP site.
Receive RFI’s for scope of work from subcontractors and distribute to proper authorities for
answers. Receive, interpret and process vendor and subcontractor RFI’s
Create and/or review submittals and shop drawings, coordinate approval process.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors on job scope and
implementation.
Ability to field measure for various products and materials prior to job start.
Visit site for preliminary information gathering, i.e. photographs, existing conditions, size of
electrical panels, ceiling heights etc. Assist in sourcing products and materials for various
projects.
Review, analyze and verify bids for accuracy with subcontractors
* Co-ordination of industry trades for successful job completion with strong track record of
consistent profit contributions.
* Complete field supervision, material scheduling, expediting, purchasing, vendor subcontracts,
GC negotiation, and submittals; punch lists, inspections, (including OCCA), (ASHRAE)
renovations and estimating.
*Ability to read blueprints, computer-literate, word, excel, office, quicken, estimating, multiple
trades, load calculations design and commercial/industrial/institutional, HVAC design build
specialty.
*Strength in project management/supervision, budget planning, CPM’s, quality control and job
cost analysis. Successful track record of job completion and meeting deadlines.
*Background is commercial, institutional and industrial. Experience includes hospitals, high-
rise, government, malls, and “green” (LEEDS) and build outs of black box securities
