Commercial design/build experience in plumbing and H.V.A.C. piping and

sheet metal. Material and equipment purchasing, shop drawings. Request for

Proposal, value engineering, pay requests, manpower and material

coordination, project close out and commissioning. I left this position to

move to Florida

Responsibilities:

After joining the firm in 1984 I helped grow the business with my partner

until we sold the business to Comfort Systems USA in 1997. In 1998 my

partner retired and I became president. I was responsible for all areas of

branch management in addition to corporate reporting, budgeting,

forecasting and training. We maintained average annual sales volume during

this period of $10,000,000.

In 2002, Comfort Systems sold our branch to The EMCOR Group and I

maintained this position until I went to work for Reliable Mechanical in

2003.
