This was just a temporary position. The G.M. asked me did I have the time

working my other position to do this for him, and I worked it into my

schedule. He wanted someone to come in with my training, and education from

the outside to give an overall view of changes that could be made to help

customer service while giving the staff security training as well. Each

client should feel they are as important as all others. Before leaving

customer service improved 48%.
