Superintendent

. Extensive remodel of 16 story structure. Demolition of

interior including elevators and stairways, overseeing

installation of micro piles in these areas and constructing

new shear walls for elevator and stairways. Demolitions of

all exterior walls including exterior 14" shear walls.

Installations of auger cast piles for build out at existing

building elevations and build out additions of 9 floors at

south elevation and installation of carbon fiber throughout

structure. Construction of new electrical room and

installation of switch gear for temp to perm power to keep

roof top cellular / 911 antennas operating during

construction. Construction of 2 story parking garage and

amenity level along with CMU installation at garage perimeter

for retail / town homes. Vacated existing easement and

utilities and installed new sewer / water mains and building

transformer. Duties also included remodel of offsite

structure for model / sales center. Worked with Sr. Project

Manager and Project Manager on bidding process and project

scheduling and subcontractor selection. Worked closely with

architects and engineers due to plan conflicts and existing

conditions.

parking. Appointed to this project to coordinate and

supervise the amenity levels, exterior finish of building

envelope, elevator installation, site utilities, landscape

and obtaining a C.O. for the project. Worked directly with

architects, engineers, developers, designers, and the Ritz

Carlton Group.

En Provence - Longboat Key, FL

Superintendent

. Three, 5-story waterfront, upscale condominium project

consisting of 21 residences, 7 swimming pools, clubhouse, and

guardhouse. Appointed to this project to complete from the

structure to the final homeowner completion. Coordinated,

scheduled, and supervised subcontractors and material

deliveries for the interiors of these structures.

Responsibilities also included full construction of the

clubhouse, guardhouse, pools and all of the site work.

Worked with all disciplines including the designers and

homeowners.

The Tides Beach Club - Reddington beach, FL

. Six, 7-story waterfront condominium project consisting of 240

residences, 3 swimming pools, and clubhouse. Hired on this

ongoing project to complete interior finishes on existing

buildings and construct the remaining two. Coordinated,

scheduled and supervised subcontractors from pilings to

homeowner turnover.
