During my employment at I have acquired multiple responsibilities and duties. I am

constantly coaching our newer employees on job functions and duties. At the start

of the working day I am responsible for the unloading and organization of property

of the homeowner of our auctions. Than, during the auction, I am constantly

interacting with the customers, such as carrying objects for them that they alone

couldn’t do, assisting them in choices available to them, and providing information

for them about said property. Also, we as a team often find ourselves in situations

where loved ones could have passed, so developing skills that allow you to work

with these people is vital to a successful auction.
