EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW/RESPONSIBLITIES
My career has provided me the opportunity to gain over 25 years of experience in the commercial construction
industry as a Project Engineer, Estimator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Regional Manager. With
a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, PE Registration, LEED AP, Army Corps of Engineers CQM Certification, Wal-
Mart SWPP Certification, and extensive field experience I have been able to perform an extensive range of
management duties on a wide variety of projects and proposals with a successful record of profitable projects and
satisfied clients. My experience has involved providing a full range of preconstruction and construction
management services including estimating, procurement, scheduling, field management and coordination, quality
control, cost and budget management, and contract administration. From working closely with owners, architects
and engineers from project conception through completion my experience has allowed me to evaluate and
determine the most cost effective use of manpower, materials, subcontractors, means and methods to ensure a
high quality, safe and successful project.
