Development Review Engineer
Responsibilities include design review site plans for both rezoning and
special use projects for compliance with all zoning codes, technical
standards and Florida Statutes. Attend City council public hearings as the
Transportation Division representative for rezoning, right of way vacating
and special use petitions.
Extensive work with Geometric Design of highways and streets(ASSHTO),
Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways(MUTCD),
Manual of Uniform Minimum Standards for Design, construction and
maintenance(Florida Green Book), Highway Capacity Manual. Review of
Developments of regional impact, proposed neighborhood plans, and the Tampa
comprehensive plan, specifically transit oriented development such as
pedestrian friendly roadways and high speed rail system. Meet with
attorneys, developers, project managers, and neighborhood representatives
to resolve project issues. Manage in excess of 90 projects at one time,
including incremental substantial change projects. Review all
transportation analyses, using Highway Capacity Software and Synchro, as a
part of the rezoning review. Coordinate rezoning projects with needed
roadway improvements to provide developer funded improvements. Worked in
partnership, on a regular basis, with all departments, including
wastewater, water, solid waste, and land development, to resolve challenges
for new development within the City of Tampa. Attended Design Review
Committee meetings with all departments within the City of Tampa, in which
all departments would act as a team to help developers through the rezoning
and special use process.

Electronic Engineer
Responsible for the installation, repairing, and maintenance of electrical
and electronic related equipments through the coordination of maintenance
teams. Compiles with constitutional and company policies, standards, and
procedures in respect of health, quality, safety and environment. Give
feedback to vendors and engineers to contribute to the non strop
improvement of test procedures and manufactured equipments. ISO compliant
at all times. Responsible for all engineering and administrative management
functions as well as P&L for development. Responsible for service,
installation, repair and maintenance of electrical equipments such as heavy
equipments used for ventilation, heating, air conditioning and electric
power distribution using several troubleshooting and test equipment, signal
generators, power meters, Volt/ohm meter and oscilloscopes. Tasks at work
include support of senior technicians and system engineers in the
troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of various electronic and
electrical equipment such as RF amplifiers, DC power supplies, line drivers
and modems.

work is done using Pro-E computer aided drawing tools.
