Project Engineer / Project Manager
Successfully managed three separate multi-million dollar projects, two simultaneously, while
supporting Senior Project Manager on a six project, $64M school construction bond for Marble
Falls ISD. Controlled project cost and set schedule duration for multiple sub-contractors, by
ensuring Submittals, Payment Applications, Change Orders, RFI, ASI and RFP
documentation remain current and correct. Planned and administered owners meetings, safety
programs, and weekly subcontractor meetings. Maintained constant dialog with Architects,
Engineers, and Building Consultants to ensure all major/minor issues and questions were address
accordingly and in compliance with set standards and specifications. Coordinated with site
superintendents daily to discuss project costs, schedule and delivery concerns. Insured cost
contingencies and budget line items remain in positive standings by verifying subcontractor
material deliveries, labor, and OH&P cost.
