2008 - 2010

Project Engineer / Project Manager

Successfully managed three separate multi-million dollar projects, two simultaneously, while

supporting Senior Project Manager on a six project, $64M school construction bond for Marble

Falls ISD. Controlled project cost and set schedule duration for multiple sub-contractors, by

ensuring Submittals, Payment Applications, Change Orders, RFI, ASI and RFP

documentation remain current and correct. Planned and administered owners meetings, safety

programs, and weekly subcontractor meetings. Maintained constant dialog with Architects,

Engineers, and Building Consultants to ensure all major/minor issues and questions were address

accordingly and in compliance with set standards and specifications. Coordinated with site

superintendents daily to discuss project costs, schedule and delivery concerns. Insured cost

contingencies and budget line items remain in positive standings by verifying subcontractor

material deliveries, labor, and OH&P cost.

Marble Falls Stadium / Athletic Renovations and Science Additions - $12M football stadium renovation to

existing practice field, including additional 10,000 sqft Field House and $2M Science Addition to MFHS.

New Colt Elementary - $13M 82,000sqft, ground-up new site development

Falls Career High School / Administration Conversion - $3.2M Elementary School renovation to house new

MFISD central staff offices, community board room and Secondary Education Buildings.

STEWART BUILDERS, LTD – Austin, TX

2007 - 2008

Site Superintendent / Assistant Project Manager

Successfully monitored and coordinated site construction activities on a daily bases. Projected and

reviewed daily subcontractor performances ensuring adherence to proper procedures, agreed to

Oversaw field aspects associated with the very first commercial project attempted by a division of fortune 200 company.

Supervised daily construction of 38 single family residences ranging in sizes up to 4,000 Sqft and $650,000 in value.

Directly supported Project Manager with preparation of meeting minutes, project schedule updating, verification of

deliveries, and submittal reviews during commercial project. Selected for inner-company transfer from Tampa to Austin;
