Executive Director Programs (2007 - 2009)
Executive responsible for the provision of all IT services, including
transition of personnel and services from prior supplier, transformation to
a new IT model, and follow-on overall service delivery for the County of
San Diego account. Under this contract Northrop Grumman provided all IT
services to the County of San Diego. The $640 million contract provided
full service (Infrastructure, Applications support and development, Data
Center and Help Desk) outsource management of all IT services for the
County of San Diego.
Selected Accomplishments
. Received the 2007 Northrop Grumman Presidents award for services provided
to the County of San Diego for emergency support during the fire storms.
. Successfully led an integrated organization of 650 personnel that
included Northrop Grumman employees and third party suppliers (EDS, AT&T,
Bearing Point, and Oracle).
. Implemented account wide cost reductions stopping prior administrations
losses.
. Served as the Executive Director of the San Diego Futures Foundation
board.

Executive Vice President Global Transformation Solutions
(2004 - 2006)
Senior Executive managing overall service delivery to the client's five
multi-national lines of business in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, UK and US.
The client, an International Financial Services provider, outsourced their
IT operations to CSC under this contract. In this position I reported
directly to the President of the Global Transformation Solutions group
within CSC's Outsourcing business. Total complement of reporting employees
was 2500 across UK, Europe, India and the United States. This outsource
program was a $1.3 billion 7 year engagement.
Selected Accomplishments
. Directed 2500 employees in the reengineering and transformation of the
clients 5 lines of business to a single centralized global operating
model within 14 months
. Restructured and consolidated application support achieving a
standardized consistent delivery of IT services to the five global Lines
of Business
. On-boarded and transitioned 2500 staff globally from the client to CSC,
moved work to offshore resources (Canada, India, Bulgaria), standardized
development methodologies and processes, and performed application
rationalization across the Lines of Business while achieving significant
client operational cost reductions

Regional Account Executive directing overall service delivery for
southeast region mid-market accounts. Reporting to the Vice President of
Mid Market outsource accounts.
Selected Accomplishments
. Led, managed and mentored a diverse group of 5 account executives and
1200 personnel servicing 14 outsourced accounts within the Eastern region
of the US resulting in:
o Increased regions revenue stream from $68M per year to $95M

2003)
Senior Application Solutions Executive managing overall service delivery to
the client, AT&T. Position reported directly to the President of
Applications Service Delivery, and was responsible for the executive
management of the AT&T outsourcing engagement, a 7-year $1.2 Billion
contract.
Selected Accomplishments
. Led 1,200 management and technology professionals supporting three major
data centers, a large suite of highly integrated applications, and the
largest telecommunications billing operation in the world
. Collaborated with the client chief information officer and senior
executives to achieve business process change, production improvement,
and management change to the IT operation and the client user community
resulting in:
o Achieving significant client operational cost reductions,
o Standardized work authorization, program management, problem management,
release management, and reengineered the clients' business processes
o Streamlined software development processes, transferred work to offshore
centers, and standardization to a singular operating model
. Implemented an account performance indicator, a balanced scorecard, that
trended up for the entire engagement showing high client satisfaction and
the attainment of world-class IT service levels
Director of Transition and Transformation (1998 -
2001)
Executive directing multiple IT Outsource transition and transformations
for new client accounts. Teams were responsible for transitioning personnel
from clients to CSC and the transformation of the acquired operations to
CSC's global operating model.

to CSC and training and implementing CSC's best practices in the areas of
