Researched and documented functionality of existing systems. Created and

executed adhoc reports against production databases using both QMF-SQL and

native DB2 Cobol programs for Business customers. Developed and executed

one-shot updates for production data problems. Tech Lead for

onshore/offshore maintenance and enhancement team work for applications.

Performed Production Hotline support of discrepancies, which included

researching problems, fixing production data, and coded and implemented

fixes to applications. Performed modeling and technical design worked on

the structure of a DB2 database with over 400 table spaces. Shared on call

production tables to correct missing policy forms to prevent

significant fines for being out of compliance with state regulations.

. Designed and implemented one shot procedures for 400 table DB2

day recovery of database due to unknown one shot failures.
