Researched and documented functionality of existing systems. Created and
executed adhoc reports against production databases using both QMF-SQL and
native DB2 Cobol programs for Business customers. Developed and executed
one-shot updates for production data problems. Tech Lead for
onshore/offshore maintenance and enhancement team work for applications.
Performed Production Hotline support of discrepancies, which included
researching problems, fixing production data, and coded and implemented
