HUNTER FAN COMPANY 2008-Present
DIRECTOR - 950,000 square foot retail Global Distribution Center.
Operating systems are AS400 and PKMS. Also, houses a major rework and
Global Return Center with root cause analysis operations and repair center.
Implemented systems to track and reduce warehouse damage and supply
justification for repairs or capital purchases. Responsible for complete
P&L. Responsible for moving an entire operation from California and
setting up in Memphis, TN.. Responsible, for working with our factories in
China, for product purchases and providing them with detailed Information
on root cause analysis on all returns manufactured by their factory.
Successful, in reducing product returns, by increasing awareness of quality
issues and/or customers abuse of return policy. Responsible for many large
cost savings projects resulting in huge savings to the bottom line.
HUNTER FAN COMPANY 2002-2008
General Manager -- 110,000 square foot return facility which handles all
returns from all customers across the United States. Responsible, for
feeding back quality information on all processes in facility. Have total

Vice President of Operations -- Responsible for the entire operations of a
150,000 square foot facility with $50M in sales and 180 plus employees.
For sometime this was a 3-plant operation before consolidating into 1
facility and was a General Electric Company.
. Successful in eliminating large amounts of labor to decrease overhead
structure and increased substantially P&L EBITDA. Implemented savings
of $1,000,000 dollars

one facility without interruption of order fill rates and completed on

electrical inspection on all levels of electrical work that was performed
in certain regions of the State.

or rejecting the work to be energized.

TECUMSEH PRODUCTS (ENGINE DIVISION) 1988
- 1993
Plant Engineer -- Responsible for all maintenance, environmental, safety,
MRO purchasing, building and grounds of two facilities along with being
backup for Plant Manager.
. Purchased and installed new power coat painting system.
. Purchased and installed new automated assembly line.
. Implemented computerized Preventative Maintenance Program that
resulted in a major increase in equipment uptime and supply critical
information for root cause analysis.
. Was 1st employee hired and was involved in all aspects of plant
startup including the construction of the building and purchasing and
installing new equipment and hiring of new employees.
. Reworked entire overhead conveyor system over a two-week shutdown with
over 100 contractors to accommodate a new way of painting engines.
This $1M project was completed without interruption to customer
service.
. Completely constructed a new carburetor machining facility with
precision machining centers for carburetor production on gasoline
engines. This was a $1.5M project plus equipment costs.
