new hires as the boards manufacturing division grew from 120 to over 1200

Leadership;

. Identified that MES300 records were only maintained for 90 days which

created issues when quality problems arose. Developed a team, obtained

financing, and drove creation of a 2 year back-up system. Wrote Discovery

program to pull data and provided training to all MES300 sites.

Teamwork:

. Received numerous commendations for leading the Virtual

Factory Joint Reticle Team to complete all projects on time

and improve the reticle processes.

. Contributed to the success of the Documentation Process

Improvement Team of the documentation process as the lead

trainer and owner for four shifts of peers. Doc Leader

trainer/ process owner/ shift trainer for the process.

Awarded a plaque /cash.

Diversity:

. Created four quarterly activities as the Diversity Coach '06 to increase

awareness for Oregon Planning including two potlucks and numerous games

on cultures, traditions, nationalities
