Project : Customer Satisfaction Survey

Role : .Net Developer

Description : Customer Satisfaction Survey Site is an application created

by American Express in order to collect the feedback from the Customers of

American Express Bank. Basically the application contains two projects, one

is specified to Admin of the site and the other is to the customers. When

Admin logins into the site, the page contains the options of creating the

survey questions. Admin can choose web controls or list controls such as

list box, dropdown list or check box based on the requirement and can

create a label to display the Survey question. If the Customer logins into

the application the customer is provided the Survey list based on login ID.

Once the survey is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Admin.

Responsibilities:

. Application has been developed using VB language.

. Designed and implemented User Interface Layer using ASP.NET Web Forms.

. Developed Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for User Interface uniformity

throughout the application.

. Used HTML, JavaScript and AJAX for developing Controls and web forms.

Project : An Automated Adaptive Content Delivery Training using

Fuzzy logic

Description : This application focus on helping the trainees in deciding

the mode of Training using Fuzzy logic. There are 4 modes of training

material available - Text, Audio, Video and Mixed. Trainee has the option

of choosing the mode manually or can choose automated mode using Fuzzy

logic. Once the trainee submits the user profile and selects automated

mode, Fuzzy logic analyses the profile and decides the mode of training

suitable to the Trainee. Material will be available for the Trainee in the

Fuzzy logic analyzed mode.

Responsibilities:

. Created the site using HTML and Java Script Pages.

. Worked as a lead of the project with a team of 4 members.

. Implementation of Fuzzy logic automated functions to evaluate the mode

using JavaScript Functions.
