* Implemented a self service platform through ADP for employees and
managers that includes the ability to view pay statements online,
reporting capability for managers, leave accrual with automated
workflow and efficient processing of data transactions, thus

Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital 2007 -
2008

Direct the overall HR operations for behavioral health hospital (650
employees) as well as smaller community mental health center. Served as
project leader for activities and interventions related to the Gallup
employee engagement survey.
* Streamlined HR processes and revised policies which resulted in greater
customer satisfaction.
* Reduced six month turnover statistic by instituting a 60 day follow up
program with new hires.
* Assessed HR skill set and structure against the department vision and
initiated changes as appropriate.

Village of Schaumburg 2005- 2007
Assistant Director of Human Resources
Responsible for development and implementation of the HR strategic plan and
monitoring ongoing process. Served as project manager for the
implementation of an on-line recruitment system and performance management
system. Both projects completed on time.
* Established HR performance measures to track outcomes against goals.
* Created training plan for the Professional Development Institute to
include: setting the vision, revamping management training curriculum
