I have in depth experience as a project manager and superintendent, and have provided scheduling and
coordination for contractors and subcontractors for commercial, industrial, and medical facilities. My
duties have included bids, blue prints, ordering materials, hiring subs, reporting and documentation,
scheduling, and coordinating jobs. I have passed 50 of 52 AHCA Inspections on the first inspection, most
without any comments.
BRPH COMPANIES – 9 Years
Meridian Office Building, Melbourne, FL; Pete Woods Development: The new design/build four-story, 70,000 SF
office was designed to withstand 175 mph wind speeds. The facility will be designed and constructed for
LEED certification. $9 million
Palm Bay Academy Buildout, Palm Bay, FL; Palm Bay Academy Charter School:
Design/build services for new classrooms, music room, library and storage rooms within the existing building.
The project consisted of completing the interior portion of the building that was left unfinished during the
initial construction. $258,532.
TPM for Class Size Reduction Program, Broward County, FL; School Board of Broward County: Total program
management project for classroom building additions at four schools throughout the county. This was part
of a $50 million building initiative to bring the school district into compliance with the state's recently
passed class size amendment. $14.1 million
Harris Radome R6 (RIOT) and R7 (SBX) Relocatable Radomes, Melbourne, FL; Harris Corporation: This
design/build effort, which supports the U.S. Missile Defense Program, consists of two relocatable ISO type
shelter components and chiller skid assembled to form a complete land-based shelter and sea-based
platform. Project also includes the design and construction of the processing site and operational and
handling support equipment for the shelter. $3.7 million
Harris BMC3 Radome Facility, Palm Bay, FL; Harris Corporation: The addition of a new 3,145 SF large
inflatable radome facility was completed via design/build delivery method for the ground-based midcourse
defense (GMD) program. The building is designed to test components for the nation's missile defense program
by providing communications technology that links ground controllers with an interceptor missile that is
fired at an incoming missile. $2 million
Carroll Distributing Facility, Rockledge, FL; Anheuser-Busch, Inc.: This new distribution facility is located on a
28-% acre parcel and consists of a 169,000 SF temperature controlled storage building, truck loading,
marketing material production, storage, and administrative office areas. The project was completed via
design-build. $14.5 million
Classroom Building Addition - Audubon Elementary School, Merritt Island, FL; School Board of Brevard County:
These two 10,000 SF free-standing classroom additions were designed to bridge the technological and design
gaps between relocatable classrooms and traditional school construction. These structures provide utility
far beyond the typical portable classroom at a competitive cost. $1.3 million
Calvary Chapel New Sanctuary & Educational Building, West Melbourne, FL; Calvary Chapel of Melbourne:
Design/build facility which includes a new 51,519 SF sanctuary seating 3,200 persons in a stadium style
auditorium, and a 31,500 SF multi-story educational building on a 10-acre site. A 10,000 SF courtyard
connects the 3-story educational building wing, sanctuary, and old sanctuary. $10.5 million
