07/2008 - 10/2009, Associate Attorney, Mair, Mair, Spade & Thompson -

Hagatna, GU.

Contracts: Counsel for the Guam International Airport Authority. Reviewed

and advised the Airport on various contract agreements, which included an

energy performance contract, confidentiality policies, and leasehold

agreements. Reviewed lease agreements between the Airport and its tenants,

drafted notices of default of the lease agreement, and negotiated with

tenants to comply with terms of lease.

Legal Opinions: Extensively researched and drafted legal opinions in

response to legal issues encountered by the Airport, which included

employment matters, contract agreements, lease agreements, proposed or new

legislation, and other miscellaneous issues.

Foreclosures: Represented the United States Department of Agriculture in

approximately thirty (30) actions to foreclose against mortgagors that had

defaulted on their loans to the Department.

General Civil Litigation: Responsibilities included preparing cases from

inception to trial under the guidance and supervision of managing attorney.

allocate trust assets among subtrusts upon the death of the first spouse.

find significant differences in nutrient partitioning based on varying zinc

spatial patterns of a fungal pathogen that caused a disease on cherry

design. Sampled cherry trees over a period of two months. Analyzed and

assessed data to find spatial patterns in the spread of the fungal pathogen

relative to the cherry trees. Summarized and orally defended research

results to senior researchers.
