Federal Government Healthcare Facility (NIH -Clinical Center Complex) in
Bethesda, Maryland. Responsibilities include liaison with Owner (Federal
Government), Architect, Subcontractor and Vendor Relationships; Familiar
with federal government administrative procedures and practices, conduct
weekly meetings and prepare/distribute minutes; develop and issue Monthly
Status Reports, Budget and Financial Reporting; utilize control tools such
as Change Order Requests & Logs, maintain general contract and subcontract
documents ; establish and monitor administrative procedures for the

. Completed $28 million, 2-midrise LEED condominium buildings two months
ahead of schedule and 10% under original budget.
. Inherited project that was in jeopardy of being lost due to inexperienced

on-site (and contracts not awarded) within one week without any negative

procedures of general contractor (Turner Construction) in strict accordance
with the design concept of the Owner (Abbott), Liaison between Doctors,
Scientist, IT & Architects during weekly and monthly progress meetings,
project management, quality control, scheduling, monthly cost reports
(tracking job cost from start to project closeout), and coordination of
weekly progress meetings between subcontractors, scheduling, design
reviews, invoice reviews, change order evaluations & project closeout.
KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
. Compiled documentation and successfully represented Owner during
mediation of non-compliance issues involving exterior masonry contractor.
. Key player with critical turn around of AP13A (375, 000 sq. ft. R & D
