Developed office, retail, apartment and other commercial projects; brokerage of developed and undeveloped land,
retail and commercial centers.
Developed 220,000 sq.ft. office building on West Loop, Houston.

Developed 500,000 sq.ft. office building on Weslayan/SW Freeway, Houston.

Developed 180 unit luxury highrise condominium on Galveston’s East Beach.

Brokerage company handled in excess of $500M in sales of developed and undeveloped land.

Consulting for financial services, oil & gas ventures and regional airlines.

1972-1980 Shindler/Cummins, Inc. (S/C Inc) – Houston, TX
S/C Inc was an integrated, diversified real estate brokerage firm, marketing all phases of investment, commercial,
residential and property management services with offices in Houston, Austin, Dallas and Denver.
Developed 600 acres in Southwest Houston. Sold parcels to apartment and office, retail developers.
