. Led the Texas Department of Public Safety's Enterprise Architecture

biennium budget of $28 million to meeting the Agency's strategic and

tactical goals.

. Created the enterprise architecture vision, Operating Principles and

Target state for a services oriented, highly reusable, highly agile and

architecture vision;

. Established the Architecture Review Board and the working groups to build

and govern the enterprise framework including processes, templates and

over the state's GSA equivalent price;

. Designed and led the HMH Publishing Technology Platform Architecture from

o Adobe Systems Inc., San Jose, CA: implemented of the Corporate

Policies website for Adobe. Designed the implementation path for the

project and developed the technology vision to expand the

implementation company-wide.

o Corus Pharma, Seattle, WA: Led a cross functional team to evaluate and

migrate the Documentum 4.2.8 based infrastructure to version 5.2.5 SP2

and all the custom applications, led the qualification process to

ensure that the new system is ready for CFR Part 11 validation,

selection of DR methodology to best suit the client needs

o RadPharm, NJ: Implemented a new Documentum based Workflow Management

System (WMS) to manage, track and report on the media receipt,

handling, read, QC/ QA, and final submissions of the read information

to their sponsors and CROs.

o Manitoba-Hydro, Winnipeg Canada: Successfully led effort from business

development to delivery and subsequent transition for the migration of

Manitoba-Hydro content management system to Documentum 5.2.5.

o Citigroup, Rutherford, NJ: Thought leader for a mission critical

system for Citibank supporting their complete Accounts Payable

department, determined full-time and part-time resource requirements,

documenting and troubleshooting the complex migration to Documentum

5.2.5. The project resulted in Fujitsu winning the subsequently

mentioned project, participating as a preferred vendor along with EMC

in the initiation work for the new global Citigroup submissions

project that is spread across all continents

o Citigroup, New York, NY: Successfully led the migration effort of

sensitive submissions repository to version 5.2.5.

o Evatone, Clearwater FL: Mentored and led a nascent team in a 3-phase

project involving synchronization of different environments,

evaluating and migration to DCTM 5i; reengineering the existing

Documentum based application; guiding them through best practices,

troubleshooting, and involved in the post mortem analysis of the

reengineered system.

. Led the largest Documentum implementation in Michigan at the time to

provide hosting, retrieval, and maintenance services for GMs Customs

Administration Tax Department, successfully implemented a hosted system

with custom user websites for adding, deleting, edit properties, and

searching of documents, with custom applications for remote batch

printing of documents, upload legacy and QC of scanned documents and

maintain 99.98% uptime during business hours and 92% during non-business

hours.

. Directed other projects in MSX including a custom solution for portable

machine searchable database and Inventory Management System for Media

firm.

Analyst, Ford Motor Co., Accelerated Management Center Apr 98 - Jan 01

. Led and incorporated cutting edge technology research into various key

applications supporting core automotive plant activities - Electronic

Build Book Data Explorer, Prototype Development of Vehicle Bill of

Materials (VBOM), EBB Wear Analysis.

. Assisted with the delivery of an enterprise application for a global Work

Order Request system.
