support documentation website utilizing Java, JavaScript, ASP.NET and SQL.

This site allows me to liaise with 3rd level and system administrators in

order to create support scripts as well as provide proactive solutions to

common issues on various applications supported and used world-wide.

. Spearheaded initiative to regulate and standardize new account

requests for all systems supported. This required an online ASP based form

system that assisted end-users in providing all information needed for

processing new account requests.

. Project Lead and Webmaster for creation of an online web portal

used by all employees worldwide. The site consisted of an extensive FAQ

section which allowed end users to find answers to basic inquiries which
