THIS PROJECT ENTITLES THE MIGRATION OF EXISTING PORTAL IN BEA AQUALOGIC 6.0

TO SHAREPOINT 2010. THE CONTENT MIGRATION IS DEPLOYED USING THE TOOL CALLED

TZUNAMI. THE ENTIRE ARCHITECTURE IS BASED ON A VERY LARGE FARM

INSTALLATION.

COMPLIANCE MONITORING SYSTEM

Compliance Monitoring System (CMS) is a web-based application that enables

the monitoring of Environmental cleaning and Hand hygiene of Hancock

regional hospital, Indiana. The data was captured by TRC inspection

personnel who used both Digitalized form with Digital pen as well as using

the front-end web form. The monitoring was covered over a spectrum of

departments from Neonatal ICU to Maternity to Pharmacy to Central Supply to

Post OP. All the staff including the Physicians, Nurses, Phlebotomist,

Surgical Assistant were monitored for their activity. The data that was

captured using a digital form was transmitted by digital Pen on to a blu-

tooth paired phone or a Blackberry device and pumped the data on to a

staging server from Standard Register. The data was ultimately extracted

into a TRC server in the pdf format as well as XML data feed to put the

data into a SQL backend. The hospital had an immense impact on their

insurance coverage by monitoring the compliance ratio thru various trend

charts and corrective action including class to personnel by drilling down

the drop in ratio to a particular department or category of employees.

automates the hiring management process which includes job posting, resume

management and recruiting. From new opening to new hire, ATS leads the way

through all stages of applicant selection and helps you choose the best-

qualified candidates. ATS system was designed to provide a simple yet

effective hiring system that would be easy to use, inexpensive to operate,

website, allowing us to post jobs onto our own website, as a way to attract

Procurement Tool

There are 5 major functionalities that can be achieved using the

Procurement Process. We can procure new/upgrade existing hardware of

software based on:-New Hire, New Hardware, Upgrade Hardware, New Software,

and Upgrade Software.

There are slight variations to each process in terms of workflows. Once the

users select the required option and enter the valid values for

Laptop/Desktop; Cell Phone; Black Berry; any additional H/W or S/W; if they

are upgrading the current and the requested models; and Manager, a pop-up

window will appear with the pricing of each item selected with the

quantity (1 as default). The users can change the quantity and it will

display the altered total cost. On submission of this, an email is

generated to the "Procurement Admin" and appended to the Queue (if the list

involves an item "Others" for which the Admin has to enter the pricing and

submit). If the list doesn't include any "Other" items it's routed directly

to the manager's Queue with a notification email suggesting that there is

an item waiting for the approval. If the requested person and Manager

Information is the same( which can happen only if the procurement is for a

New Hire), then the case is considered "Approved" and is placed for the

order, otherwise; it will be routed back to the "Supervisor" notifying him

of such a request and it can be "Approved" or "disapproved". If it's

disapproved, the candidate is notified the reason of disapproving.

CDMS provides device and vendor recommendations to new cellular

subscribers, provides an automated approval process, provides Amex Credit

Card validations, backend reporting, inventory of all UPS domestic cellular

subscribers. Using this website the users can make a device request, which

is then subject to approval from three levels of managers (Immediate,

Region, District). Once the managers approve the request the order will be

placed by the voice co-coordinators, which is protected by Clear-Trust for

proper authentication. This tool also comes with a registration module for

existing users to register their devices. The check status module provides

the users to check the status of their application for any pending

approvals from any higher level managers or if the order is being placed. A

Webservice was invoked to gather the user information based on their

respective ADID's. The reporting section provides an intensive close look

at the data being captured.

Queue of HDFS system.HDFS is the tool what UPS users for all its global

service order requests, which is a product of Peoplesoft. Based on the

successful submission an email with case-id would be send to the user, who

can then Track the progress of the case thru a page. The Rate Plan

selection tool was developed after the launch of CDMS to help the local

voice co-coordinators to determine the appropriate rate-plans for the local

cellular device users. This has all the plans available with the carriers

and the different features, with the rates (both normal and overage). Rate

Plan tool was protected by Clear-Trust for proper authentication.
