Full Lifecycle Manager from Requirements Definition to Project Closeout:
Over the past 16 years, my skills have been utilized in all phases of
projects both large and small. I have performed frequently in managing
and/or performing in the phases of Requirements Definition, Design,
Development, Testing, Implementation, and Project Closeout. I have had
huge success in managing cost, schedule, and performance of countless
project endeavors.
Proven Record - Across all major corporate functions: I am very
knowledgeable in all areas of Executive Management and how different
business units communicate with each other. I have developed and managed
many cross-functional and interdepartmental projects insuring that all
needed capabilities were provided and all management was satisfied with the
final products.
Managed Multi-Million Dollar Military, Governmental and Commercial Budgets:
My career has given me the opportunity to manage budgets in many different
environments. I feel that this makes me a greater asset and better enabled
than most to handle unforeseen budgetary situations.
Excellent communicator with all levels of employees (from CEO level to
