OBJECTIVE:

After serving over 7 years in the military I’m looking for a new career. I can be a team player or work

independent. I would like to transfer the skills and discipline that I’ve learned in my military career into my

new one. I would also like to find a career that will give me the opportunity for growth.

to Sep 2010 Infanrtyman/ Signal Support Specialist

As a signal support specialist and infantryman I was required to neutralize enemy targets on the ground,

collect reconnaissance, and provide security. In addition install, maintain, and troubleshoot signal support

equipment and terminal devices. I install, operate, and maintain VHF, UHF LOS, and SATCOM radios and

data distribution systems. Radio systems such as AN/PSC 5, AN/PRC 117, AN/PRC 150, MBITR, and

BFT (blue force tracker) I performed preventive maintenance checks and services on power generators. I

conducted maintenance and operate COMSEC devices. I assisted in the design, preparation, editing, and

testing of computer programs. Experienced in Microsoft XP, Vista, Linux, and Unix. I configured

information processing equipment into required operating configurations. Perform system administrator

duties and unit level maintenance functions on assigned computer systems.
