OCO IT is a R&D project consisting of client as well as web based LN

applications. The system has applications which are used for maintaining

the pharmaceutical, biological and consumer healthcare data and the various

information used in the Drug development Life Cycle, also the applications

store patients related data.

Contribution

Primarily worked on various Change Requests of LN applications.

Logging new incidents/problem tickets, creating change controls, updating

incidents/changes

Performed manual testing and GUI testing to check the contents of the

pages.

As a Tech Lead was responsible to allocate work to the team and take care

Description

Development of GCS [Global Clearing System]. This is a re-engineering of

MBL's legacy FBS [Futures Brokering System] to opensystem with current

functionality and retaining performance charecteristics. The FBS is based

on mainframe technologies (PL1) and provides clearing solutions and

services to participants on global derivatives exchange. The current system

is based on J2EE architecture powered by Struts framework.

Contribution

Testing and Development of many core modules in the Release 3 and

Release4.

Developing modules for generating reports using Style Report 7.0.

Apart from this was responsible for the following:

Developing code for various functions in the system.

Test Planning, Test Preparation, Test case analysis and mapping of

functionality (Requirements) to the test cases, Test Scenario/Test

Case preparation for functional, System, Regression. Reviewing the test

cases prepared. Peer review of deliverables.

Performed manual testing, functional testing and database testing using

the existing test cases for around 3 months.

Developing modules to generate reports (PDF) of GCS for MBL, Sydney.

Integrating all functionality related to a module and doing unit testing.
